Qualifications

• Minnesota 2nd Class Grade C Boiler Engineer’s license or ability to obtain within 15 months.
• Must possess a valid Minnesota Class D driver’s license.
• Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of HVAC systems are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair HVAC controls and equipment to maximize efficiency.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Read blueprints and prepare specifications for tasks.
• Keep records of inspections and repairs.
• Respond to on-call duties with 35 minute response time.
