Corporate Realty, Inc. in New Orleans seeks a Maintenance Operating Engineer to join our team at multi-site facilities. You will operate and maintain mechanical/electrical systems and coordinate with the Chief Engineer and Property Manager to ensure reliable building operations.

The role requires hands-on maintenance, preventative care, and timely work orders, with interaction with tenants and staff. 2nd Class Stationary Engineer license is a plus; HS diploma and 3–5 years maintenance experience

Formación

High school diploma or GED; 3–5 years related maintenance experience preferred.
Ability to read safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and manuals.
Ability to perform basic arithmetic and measurements.
Ability to solve practical problems with varied variables.

Responsabilidades

Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and oversee repairs for all facility mechanical room equipment including chillers, boilers, pumps, and motors.
Perform periodic and preventative maintenance for mechanical room equipment.
Complete work orders promptly; handle mechanical, electrical, and plumbing tasks.
Perform general maintenance as needed.
Maintain lighting and record meters in designated areas.
