Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in school and/or hands-on work experience in buildings with complex plumbing systems.
• Broad, practical experience in stationary engineering, building maintenance, electrical and plumbing.
• Familiar with hotel systems and equipment for repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair on mechanical equipment.
• Identify and troubleshoot problems, making necessary repairs.
• Respond to requests and make repairs in a timely manner.
• Assist with water, steam, and gas supply shutdowns when needed.
• Deliver passionate and engaging service to guests.
