Job summary

Taleo is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to uphold guest room systems, building equipment, and hotel infrastructure. You will manage preventative maintenance, respond to issues, and coordinate with other shifts to minimize downtime.

The role requires at least 1 year of general maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work nights, holidays, and weekends. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate CMMS software like HotSoS.

Qualifications

• 1 year general maintenance/ construction experience or equivalent
• Facilities experience in hotel/casino/resort industry is preferred
• Must have valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Maintain records, inventory equipment, and replacement parts
• Maintain and repair property equipment, guest rooms, and building systems
• Ensure optimum operating conditions for guest rooms and equipment
• Coordinate with shifts to minimize downtime
• Respond to accidents and emergency calls and assist as needed
• Act as maintenance representative for the Property Operations department
• Maintain daily work requests via CMMS HotSoS
• Perform other duties as assigned
