Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building mechanical systems.
• Strong attention to detail and prioritization for work orders.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, operate, troubleshoot, repair, and update building systems and equipment.
• Perform checks for HVAC issues, leaks, climate control, and alarms.
• Coordinate with vendors for snow removal, sprinkler, and plumbing projects.
• Adjust heating/cooling equipment to maintain comfort for occupants.
• Ensure lighting is functional and energy-efficient; update as needed.
• Prepare maintenance logs and keep records up to date.
