You will lead staff, oversee budgeting, coordinate vendors, and drive preventive maintenance programs.

The role demands strong leadership, extensive maintenance knowledge across trades, and the ability to keep detailed records while delivering reliable, cost-efficient service to residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Experience in maintenance of multi‑unit residential properties or similar settings is required or strongly preferred.
• 4-6 years of building maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff recruitment, training, coaching, evaluating, and disciplinary actions up to termination.
• Manage budget and financial performance; maximize cash flow while adhering to purchasing guidelines.
• Coordinate vendor/contractor communications, scheduling, and invoice approvals.
• Schedule, train, supervise, and evaluate maintenance personnel and ensure safety training compliance.
• Oversee make-ready of vacated units and conduct regular property inspections.
