Qualifications

• Three years of experience operating, maintaining, or repairing facilities.
• One additional year coordinating maintenance work.
• Driver license valid in Oregon.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workload and supervise maintenance crew.
• Use Oracle and Excel to track workload and performance indicators.
• Prepare and review annual performance evaluations.
• Oversee repairs and preventive maintenance of building systems and manage shutdowns.
• Act as primary customer service liaison for Facilities & Logistics.
• Maintain reports and paperwork, ensuring safety compliance.
