Network for Hope is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support day-to-day operations, upkeep, and coordination of NFH facilities. You will serve as the primary contact for facility needs, vendors, and contractors, and help maintain safe, functional work environments.

Responsibilities include coordinating projects, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. This role emphasizes proactive communication with vendors and internal teams across NFH facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years in facilities coordination or related role required; vendor coordination experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Monitor facility conditions and respond to routine facility needs and service requests.
• Coordinate vendors and service providers; schedule work and ensure completion.
• Coordinate specialized maintenance and repair with qualified vendors.
• Perform routine handyman repairs and general maintenance.
• Support safety by identifying hazards and ensuring compliance.
• Maintain facility records and documentation.
