Ideal candidates have at least one year of related experience, a Utah driver's license, and the ability to pass drug tests and background checks. The position requires strong safety awareness and teamwork, with physical work in varying weather.

Qualifications

• One year of closely related experience in delivery, custodial, grounds, or construction maintenance.
• A valid Driver’s License issued by the State of Utah must be obtained within six months of hire; a current Utah license is required at hire.
• Must pass a mandatory drug test before starting; subject to random testing.
• UDOT Medical Card may be required at hire or CDL within six months.

Responsibilities

• Transports and operates light, medium, and heavy-duty equipment.
• Maintains facility grounds: mowing, weeding, watering, sprinklers, and snow removal.
• Maintains and operates facility and grounds tools and equipment.
• Prepares routine records and reports for work requests and maintenance.
• Assists with loading/unloading deliveries and distributing supplies.
• Assists trade personnel in construction and maintenance tasks.
• Performs safety and security checks of facilities.
• Handles lighting and parking lot maintenance.
