Job summary

Great-Lakes-Management-Co. is seeking a reliable Maintenance Assistant in Grand Rapids, MN to support the Maintenance Director with upkeep, routine repairs, and safety for residents and staff.

The full-time role offers 32 hours per week (Tue-Fri 8am-4pm), plus a 401(k), DailyPay access, Paid Vacation and Sick Time, and free chef-prepared meals per shift. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 1+ year of maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience in property maintenance or related field preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to maintain a regular work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the maintenance and repair of properties.
• Perform routine inspections to identify issues.
• Complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and on time.
