Great Lakes Management Co. is seeking a Maintenance Assistant in Grand Rapids, MN. This full-time role supports the Maintenance Director, handling routine repairs and upkeep to ensure safety and quality across properties.

Hours are Tue-Fri 8am-4pm (32 hours/week). Perks include 401(k), DailyPay, paid vacation and sick time, and free chef-prepared meals per shift. Prior maintenance experience and strong communication are preferred.
