Job summary

SCIS is seeking a Facilities Support Officer in Seattle to sort and deliver mail, post outgoing mail, and ensure compliance with postal and export regulations. The role interfaces with internal and external customers and vendors to maintain reliability and compliance.

You will work with management to cover posts, assist in payroll data collection, and support life/safety and incident reporting. The position requires a valid driver's license and ability to obtain security clearance.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of experience in the field or similar role.
• Ability to communicate clearly with employees, clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Sorts and delivers incoming mail and parcels.
• Prepares and posts outgoing mail.
• Interfaces with customers and vendors to ensure satisfaction and compliance.
• Assist in collecting payroll and personnel information for supervision and timekeeping.
• Maintain open communication with the Supervisor and management.
