Job summary

APLA Health is seeking a Facilities & Logistics Assistant to support the daily operation of its Koreatown facilities. You will organize work orders, coordinate supplies, and assist with basic maintenance tasks alongside the Facilities Maintenance Worker.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong organizational skills, and the ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and drive as needed. Onsite work at the Koreatown center is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; experience in facilities maintenance and a year of office experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, document, track, and update maintenance work orders and service requests.
• Monitor maintenance and janitorial supply levels across all sites.
• Maintain inventory and records for repairs, parts, tools, and equipment.
• Prepare weekly task lists and schedules based on priorities from the Facilities Manager.
