Job summary

Bright Event Rentals is seeking a Manager of Facilities & Continuous Improvement to own the strategy, execution, and ongoing performance of our physical footprint across three regions. This hybrid role combines facilities operations with Lean improvement to drive cost efficiency and safety across warehouses, yards, and offices.

You’ll lead lease negotiations, site selections, vendor contracts, maintenance, and permitting, partnering with Finance, Legal, EHS, and regional teams to design scalable

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities management or operations
• Experience negotiating lease agreements and vendor/service contracts
• Lean/Continuous Improvement experience (Lean certification, Six Sigma or kaizen facilitation)

Responsibilities

• Own facilities strategy across regions, including lease decisions and cost considerations
• Lead site selection for new or relocated facilities and partner with leadership on business cases
• Manage ongoing facilities maintenance and vendor contracts across locations
• Lead permitting with local, state, and federal agencies and ensure compliance
• Apply Lean tools to identify waste and drive improvements in facility and workflows
