Job summary

Bright Event Rentals seeks a Manager of Facilities & Continuous Improvement to own strategy, execution, and performance of its physical footprint across regions. The role blends facilities operations with Lean methodologies to drive cost efficiency, reliability, and safety across warehouses and fleets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities management or operations with lease negotiation experience.
• Demonstrated Lean/CI experience (certifications welcome).
• Experience managing facility buildouts/relocations from planning to go-live.
• Experience handling permitting and regulatory requirements.
• Strong financial acumen for lease and cost models.

Responsibilities

• Own facilities strategy across regions and lease decisions.
• Lead site selection and negotiate lease terms with vendors/landlords.
• Manage major warehouse equipment lifecycle and maintenance.
• Partner with EHS, finance, and operations on safety and cost.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and CI playbooks.
