Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical work and reading blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Execute hands-on repairs and preventative maintenance on core systems.
• Oversee HVAC, kitchen equipment, laundry, and fire suppression systems.
• Coordinate specialized contractors as needed.
• Maintain safety protocols and routine building inspections.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, fire and local codes.
