Job summary

OmniOn Power Inc. in Plano, TX, seeks a Facilities Leader to oversee all facilities services, budgeting, compliance, and admin functions, while managing soft and hard services to minimize disruption to operations.

Role requires strong project management, vendor leadership, energy management, and safety expertise, with relevant degree or equivalent experience and 3–5 years in facilities management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management/Engineering/Construction or related field with 3–5 years in facilities management; or higher experience with 8+ years and 3–5 years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing) and maintenance best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and capital projects.
• Strong electrical safety experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute maintenance plans for all facility equipment, including routine and emergency tasks.
• Ensure safety compliance, conduct safety audits and risk assessments.
• Manage and prioritize maintenance work orders and document communications.
• Oversee site access control, surveillance, alarms, and emergency procedures.
• Lead vendors/contractors for fire protection, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other services.
• Manage OPEX budget for the facilities department.
• Analyze equipment data to identify issues and improve reliability.
• Coordinate capital projects with Manufacturing Excellence Director.
• Review contracts for compliance and maintain vendor relationships.
• Travel to domestic sites (5%).
