Qualifications

• At least 5 years of operations/management experience in a warehouse environment.
• Proven ability to lead multiple departments and teams.
• Experience managing budgets, expenses, and KPIs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently and with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with objectives.
• Establish standards, procedures, and workflows.
• Monitor performance; identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and profitability.
• Ensure staffing, equipment, and resources meet operational needs.
• Provide leadership to managers, supervisors, and team leads.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost controls.
• Support safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic growth initiatives.
