Job summary

Church & Dwight Co., Inc. in Ewing, NJ is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to lead hands-on operations for the Princeton and Ewing buildings.

You will oversee daily maintenance, safety, and workplace services, acting as the primary contact for vendors, landlords, and staff while driving improvements across two sites. The role requires 10+ years in corporate facilities management, CapEx project leadership, and strong collaboration with EHS, IT, HR, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate facilities management.
• Proven ability to develop and execute facilities CapEx projects and manage vendors.

Responsibilities

• Report to VP Global Engineering & EHS and manage daily operation of Princeton and Ewing buildings.
• Lead preventive maintenance, safety, security, and service delivery for two locations.
• Coordinate architectural packages, space plans, and related stakeholder decks with third parties.
• Oversee capital projects from scoping through closeout, including budgeting and approvals.
• Maintain accurate facility documentation, budgets, and performance metrics.
