Church & Dwight Co., Inc. is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to lead hands-on facilities management for the Princeton and Ewing campuses in New Jersey.

The role focuses on safe, reliable, compliant workplaces and close collaboration with leadership, landlords, contractors, and service providers. Mediate daily operations, preventive maintenance, and capital planning while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or related field required.
• 10+ years progressive corporate facilities management experience.
• Experience leading multiple office facilities and CapEx projects.
• Experience directing third-party architects, designers, engineers, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Report to VP Global Engineering & EHS; oversee Princeton and Ewing buildings.
• Lead daily operations, maintenance, safety, security, and service delivery.
• Build relationships with employees, leadership, landlords, vendors, and contractors.
• Develop preventive maintenance and inspect routines; ensure quality.
• Manage facility service contracts, bids, budgets, and invoices.
• Lead CapEx projects from scope to closeout.
