Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead operations for a two-building campus in Hackettstown, NJ, on-site with the client.

You will manage daily operations, vendor performance, and safety programs to deliver exceptional service and optimize asset performance. In this role, you will guide a dedicated team, plan capital and operating projects, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and business alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial facilities and vendor performance.
• Experience leading onsite teams and coaching.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3–5 years Facilities Management.
• Valid driver’s license; FM certification preferred.
• Experience budgeting operating and capital budgets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of MEP systems.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects with vendors.
• Build client relationships and serve as main contact for facility matters.
• Plan and manage capital and operating projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and monitor operating and capital budgets.
• Conduct routine facility inspections for compliance and efficiency.
• Oversee environmental health and safety programs.
• Manage vendor contracts and invoicing processes.
• Deliver training on facility operations and safety procedures.
• Provide leadership and supervision to facility staff.
• Lead CBRE's RISE values in stakeholder collaboration.
• Support departmental objectives and drive operational excellence.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day operational challenges.
