Church & Dwight is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for providing hands-on facilities management leadership for the Princeton and Ewing buildings, ensuring safe, reliable, compliant, and professional workplaces.
The Senior Facilities Manager will serve as the primary face of Facilities Management for employees, leadership, landlords, service providers, contractors, and other stakeholders at both locations. Lead day-to-day building operations, maintenance, repairs, workplace services, vendor performance, and facility issue resolution.
Onsite: This is an onsite role based in Ewing, NJ and requires in-person attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
Highly visible, service-oriented, and comfortable serving as the face of Facilities Management. Hands-on approach with the judgment and initiative to personally assess issues, coordinate solutions, and verify results. Ability to build credibility with employees, executives, landlords, vendors, contractors, and cross-functional partners. Strong facilities CapEx planning, project-management, prioritization, and organizational skills. Ability to convert business and workplace needs into clear scopes, architectural concepts, graphical decks, budgets, and executable project plans. Strong vendor-management, negotiation, decision-making, and follow-through skills. Ability to balance long-term facility strategy with urgent day-to-day operational needs.
Required Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, or a related field 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate facilities management, building operations, workplace services, construction, or capital project management. Demonstrated experience managing multiple office or corporate facilities and serving as the visible, accountable facility leader for employees and stakeholders. Proven ability to develop and execute facilities CapEx projects, including scope, justification, budget, schedule, procurement, design coordination, construction oversight, commissioning, and closeout. Experience directing third-party architects, designers, engineers, contractors, and visualization resources in preparing architectural packages, floor plans, renderings, and graphical stakeholder presentations. Working knowledge of commercial building systems, preventive maintenance, building and fire codes, life-safety requirements, accessibility, workplace planning, and contractor safety. Experience managing operating and capital budgets, contracts, bids, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor performance.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with facility-management systems, project-scheduling tools, and drawing or space-planning platforms preferred. Professional credentials such as CFM, FMP, PMP, LEED AP, or equivalent are preferred but not required.
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $110,900– $157,900. This position is also eligible for a bonus. As a Church & Dwight US employee, you (and eligible dependents, as applicable) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid vacation and sick time, and Paid Parental Leave. U.S. employees are entitled to paid holidays, floating holidays, and vacation days starting in their first year of employment depending on hire date. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity.
