Job summary

Aramark Correctional Services is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead hourly associates, plan and direct maintenance activities, and ensure adherence to Aramark and client standards. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and a servant-leader approach to deliver reliable services.

The position requires strong leadership, POM management experience, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Proficiency with WebTMA and ISIS Pro is advantageous, with a focus on compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 2-3 years of experience in plant and operations maintenance (POM) management.
• Requires at least 2 years of prior experience in mentoring and developing union hourly associates.
• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Facilities Management Certification such as CPMM or equivalent is strongly preferred.
• Requires working knowledge of facility equipment (boilers, chillers, generators, HVAC/R).

• Support operation using WebTMA and ISIS Pro modules.
• Train and develop hourly associates for performance growth.
