Job summary

Replacements, Ltd., the world's largest retailer of tableware, is hiring a full-time Facilities Supervisor to join our Facilities Team.

You will lead the maintenance and operation of our 500,000-square-foot headquarters and distribution facility, plus off-site properties, guiding a team responsible for building systems, equipment, repairs, preventive maintenance, grounds, vendor coordination, and improvement projects to keep operations safe and efficient.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising facilities teams in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and building systems.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and schedules.
• Experience with vendors and service providers.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support day-to-day activities of the Facilities team, ensuring safety, efficiency, and high standards.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance programs, repairs, inspections, and facility improvement projects.
• Supervise maintenance for buildings, equipment, grounds, and off-site locations.
• Prioritize work orders, assign tasks, and monitor progress for timely completion.
• Partner with internal departments, contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Oversee facility management systems, maintenance records, inspections, and reporting.
• Provide coaching, training, and development to team members.
• Manage employee schedules, timekeeping, and staffing needs.
• Conduct quality and safety inspections and ensure compliance with policies.
• Support hiring, onboarding, performance management, and development initiatives.
• Assist with budgeting, inventory management, purchasing, and resource planning.
• Respond to facility emergencies and after-hours needs.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement efforts.
