Job summary

ADUSA Distribution is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to lead a hands-on maintenance team across all shifts at our Schodack Landing campus. You will plan, assign, and execute maintenance work, mentor technicians, and ensure reliability and safety in daily operations.

This role emphasizes PMs, repairs, inventory control, and coordinating with vendors, with opportunities to grow into a senior leadership position within our fast-paced distribution network.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of maintenance experience, ideally in a distribution or industrial environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Certified on pallet jack, stand-up, and sit-down forklifts or willingness to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and prioritize maintenance work across all shifts to ensure timely, high-quality completion.
• Train, coach, and evaluate maintenance associates, promoting skill development and accountability.
• Perform mechanical repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Complete maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance (PMs), documenting work in the CMMS.
• Audit PMs and work orders to ensure safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate and oversee work by outside vendors.
• Participate in regulatory inspections with OSHA and other officials.
• Manage PPE inventory and ensure compliance with safety standards.
