Job summary

Replacements, Ltd. in Greensboro, NC is seeking a full-time Facilities Supervisor to lead our facilities team across a 500,000-square-foot HQ and distribution facility.

You will oversee building systems, equipment, repairs, and preventive maintenance while coordinating with vendors and internal departments. This hands-on leadership role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement, balancing administrative duties with field work to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of facilities, maintenance, or related experience.
• Previous supervisory/leadership experience in facilities, maintenance, warehouse, or similar environments.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or building systems preferred.
• Experience coordinating preventive maintenance programs and facility repair activities.
• Experience with employee scheduling, attendance management, and timekeeping systems.
• OSHA or other facilities-related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the day-to-day activities of the Facilities team, ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance programs, repairs, inspections, and facility improvement projects.
• Supervise maintenance activities for buildings, equipment, grounds, and off-site locations.
• Prioritize work orders, assign tasks, and monitor progress for timely completion.
• Partner with internal departments, contractors, vendors, and service providers for facility projects.
• Oversee facility management systems, maintenance records, inspections, and reporting.
• Provide coaching and development to team members while promoting accountability.
• Manage employee schedules, timekeeping, attendance, and staffing needs.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Assist with budgeting, inventory management, and purchasing.
• Respond to facility emergencies and after-hours needs.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement efforts.
