Job summary

Boston Beer Company is seeking a Workplace Services & Facilities Specialist to help create a safe, functional, and welcoming Boston office. You will coordinate daily facilities operations, workplace services, mail and shipping, inventory, vendors, and workplace events, providing hands-on support and identifying issues before they affect coworkers.

Minimum qualifications include knowledge of building systems, troubleshooting abilities, vendor coordination, mail and inventory management, and

Qualifications

Experience with facilities and building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety).
Ability to troubleshoot facilities issues and perform light maintenance.
Coordinate vendors, maintenance activities, schedules, and documentation.
Manage mail, shipping, receiving, freight, supplies, inventory workflows.
Proficient with service management platforms (e.g., Freshworks).

Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations and respond to issues.
Oversee vendors for maintenance, life safety, and office services; review invoices.
Maintain conference rooms, common areas, and room setups.
Support workplace events, logistics, and on-site operations.
Manage mail, shipping, receiving, freight, and package distribution.
Maintain facility records, schedules, vendor docs, and preventive maintenance calendars.
Provide reception coverage and after-hours support when needed.
