Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance plans with District/Store Managers to align with capital improvements.
• Coordinate with Facility Management and Owners to meet ownership expectations.
• Identify immediate and ongoing repairs during store transitions and current management.
• Monitor budgets and ensure scope of work with vendors.
• Maintain thorough documentation and records for ownership review.
