Public Storage is expanding its creative team to enhance our visual brand presence and is seeking a Facilities Manager I - Field focused on managing capital projects and supporting repair and maintenance across a multi-site real estate portfolio.

The role ensures efficient project delivery through scope development, budgeting, vendor management, and execution, while protecting revenue and asset performance for the portfolio.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in facilities management or construction project management.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects, budgets, and vendors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Manage capital and expense projects from discovery through closeout.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Drive on-time delivery within budget and to quality standards.
• Lead RFP development, bid evaluation, and vendor selection.
• Negotiate pricing and manage contracts and invoices.
