• Experience in custodial or maintenance with lead/supervisory duties preferred.
• Associates degree or technical credential in business, operations, maintenance trades, or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee custodial operations district‑wide to keep facilities safe, clean and operational.
• Schedule and supervise custodial staff; assist in hiring and evaluations.
• Coordinate maintenance and basic repairs; monitor supplies and keep equipment in good condition.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and use of CMS for work orders.
