Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED from GaDoe approved and accredited institution
Experience in custodial or maintenance, lead or supervisory role

Responsibilities

Oversee custodial activities to ensure cleanliness and safety.
Schedule and supervise custodial staff; assist in staff selection and evaluations.
Operate cleaning and landscaping equipment for floors and grounds.
Move furniture and materials; perform minor repairs and painting.
Assist in securing the building and monitor safety.
Check fire extinguishers and arrange service.
Order cleaning supplies; report repairs to Portfolio Manager.
Perform other duties as assigned
