Responsibilities

• Oversee the work of custodial staff, creating work schedules, and monitoring the cleanliness and upkeep of the facility.
• Perform custodial and maintenance duties, including cleaning, landscaping, floor stripping and waxing, replacing ceiling lights/tiles, minor repairs, and securing the building.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and health compliance; respond to maintenance requests; order and inventory cleaning supplies; set up areas for events; assist with moving furniture.
• Maintain outdoor areas through groundskeeping tasks and stay on site for special activities; maintain records and conduct inspections of grounds.
• Anticipate tasks based on defined processes and timelines; may recommend process improvements to custodial operations; perform additional duties as assigned.
