Job summary

Main Street Bank seeks a Facilities Coordinator/Team Lead to ensure safe, secure, and well-maintained locations across Ayer and Marlborough operations. You will manage projects, coordinate with vendors, and oversee daily facilities tasks to support outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior Facilities building management experience required.
• Understanding of banking industry and standards a plus.
• OSHA 10 Hour Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in morning huddles and meetings as directed by the manager.
• Supervise vendors and coordinate with internal teams for projects and maintenance.
• Perform visual inspections of branches and ensure safety and compliance.
• Schedule preventive maintenance at bank locations and manage supplies.
