Job summary

Resonetics, LLC is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to conduct general maintenance and repairs on resonetics equipment. You will supervise subcontractors, manage hazardous waste, and assist with EHS compliance projects in a hands-on role.

The position requires 5–8 years in maintenance, strong multitasking, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. You will coordinate with Production, Quality, and Planning to keep shipments on time and meet KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum a high school education.
• 5-8 years’ experience in maintenance support.
• Strong time management.
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a small, dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated flexibility.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office package.
• AutoCAD – Solid works knowledge.
• Design skills for improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex building repairs and oversee contractors.
• Hazardous waste management and EH&S activities.
• Perform routine inspections of facility and equipment.
• Coordinate with technicians on priorities and problem solving.
• Maintain communication with supervisors and technicians.
• Support Product Release priorities to ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide resources (materials, tools, spares) to complete tasks.
• Lead maintenance team and coordinate with other departments.
