Job summary

Resonetics, LLC is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to conduct general maintenance and repairs on resonetics equipment. You will supervise subcontractors, manage hazardous waste, and assist with EHS compliance projects in a hands-on role.

The position requires 5–8 years in maintenance, strong multitasking, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. You will coordinate with Production, Quality, and Planning to keep shipments on time and meet KPI targets.

Qualifications

The Lead maintenance technician is responsible for conducting general maintenance and repairs for Resonetics equipment’s. Additional areas of focus include, but are not limited to; records keeping, basic troubleshooting, procedural recommendations, supervision of subcontractors performing work on the premises, hazardous waste oversite, assisting with projects for EHS compliance, and housekeeping. This is a hands-on position.

Also, the lead Technician should propose improvements and coordinate projects with a high level of complexity.

• Perform Maintenance technician activities as required
• Coordinate whit whoever is applicable (e.g. Production, Planning, Quality) the Product Releasing priorities to ensure compliance with the OTD (On Time Delivery) goal.
• Proactively communicating with the Supervisor as issues related to maintenance or personnel performance arise.
• Encourage all members of the maintenance technician Team to stay on task and consistently meet quality and throughput put goals.
• Keep workers supplied with material, tools, spares and supplies necessary to complete work tasks.
• As a Group Leader, communicates worker performance as such would be related to quality/quantity aspects to allow for proper recognition of work evaluations.
• Other duties as applicable.

Compensation

The compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $31.00-40.00/hr.
