Under engineering supervision, you will support maintenance, preventive tasks, and data logging while promoting energy-saving measures and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Proven experience in building maintenance, repair, or related role.
• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to work independently.
• Effective communication for collaborating with team members.
• Knowledge of safety protocols, building codes, and regulatory standards.
• Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean mechanical, electrical and shop areas.
• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to identify and implement effective solutions.
• Respond to maintenance requests and building-related emergencies promptly.
• Collaborate with technicians and engineers to achieve optimal building performance.
• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks according to established schedules and protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Assist in installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
• Implement energy-saving measures and promote sustainable practices.
