Job summary
Fanatics is seeking a Facilities Lead in Frazeysburg, OH to ensure reliable operation and maintenance of Fulfillment and Manufacturing Centers. You will oversee facility systems, automation, and equipment, report to the Facilities Manager, and partner with Operations to maximize site performance and safety.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in material handling equipment, manufacturing maintenance, or equivalent.
- Advanced mechanical troubleshooting and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency with PLCs, VFDs, soft starts, servo drives and external I/O devices.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and perform at heights using ladders or lifts, up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance for conveyors, manufacturing equipment, and facility systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs; manage work orders and records.
- Mentor Facility Technicians and coordinate with Operations to address opportunities.
- Work in non-climate-controlled environments and at heights with safe practices.
- Leverage CMMS, diagnostics tools, and blueprints to improve maintenance workflows.
