Job summary

Factor_ is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance and reliability of a fulfillment center. You will take a hands-on approach, engaging and coaching technicians and associate managers on the shop floor while partnering with senior leadership to define and deliver the facilities maintenance roadmap.

You will manage maintenance of automation, electrical, refrigeration, and PIT equipment, and ensure safety, compliance, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced, startup-like

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience managing facilities maintenance/operations and reliability in Food/Beverage/Perishables/Distribution
• Strong on-floor leadership and coaching abilities
• Experience reading blueprints, manuals, and schematics

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of automation, electrical, refrigeration, PIT equipment, building, grounds and overall upkeep of a building
• Motivate, engage, coach, and inspire a team of technicians and associate managers
• Provide project management support as assigned
• Manage outside vendors and facilitate repairs
• Ensure maintenance regulations are followed
• Maintain a current list of contractors for emergency repairs
• Identify problems and brainstorm improvement ideas for the fulfillment center
