Job summary

Anduril Industries in Hudson, NH is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the entire campus, interior and exterior, applying electrical, mechanical, and plumbing knowledge to ensure safe, efficient operations.

The role requires strong multitasking, organization, and effective written and verbal communication as you partner with Production, Engineering, Research & Development, and EHS to support site expansion.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in aerospace, defense, automotive or other manufacturing facilities.
• Associates degree in Engineering or an AS in Engineering Technology.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems. Certified Facility Manager credentials a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage day-to-day facilities operations on campus including production, manufacturing, engineering and test support.
• Partner with site leadership to support the rapid expansion and growth of the site.
• Oversee maintenance of fire suppression, HVAC, plumbing and other utilities.
• Develop scopes of work for mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) projects.
• Collaborate with equipment owners on future moves ensuring efficient workflows.
• Source, negotiate and manage contracts with maintenance service providers.
• Manage the facilities budget and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations with EHS collaboration.
• Maintain an inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Execute on special projects for the Head of Advanced Infrared Solutions.
• Implement regulatory programs to ensure site contractual compliance.
