Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in managing facilities for manufacturing or aerospace/defense environments.
• Knowledge and experience with EHS management in facilities.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous situations with minimal supervision.
• High attention to detail with a 100% compliance mindset.

Responsabilités

• Plan and manage day-to-day facilities operations across campus including production, manufacturing, engineering, and test support.
• Provide dynamic leadership for the site Facilities department and build a world-class team.
• Partner with site leadership to support rapid expansion and growth of the site.
• Oversee maintenance of fire suppression, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general utilities.
• Develop scopes of work for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects (MEP) as the campus evolves.
• Collaborate with equipment owners on moves and planning ensuring efficient workflows.
• Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with maintenance providers.
• Prepare and manage facilities budget, tracking expenses for cost-effective operations.
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance in collaboration with EHS.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment with timely replenishment.
