The role ensures clean, safe facilities, compliant with applicable state and federal guidelines, while coordinating with multiple departments.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, strong leadership, and the ability to manage staffing, schedules, and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Driver's license class D required and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the efficient and quality operations of the Laundry and Housekeeping departments.
• Ensure that compliance with OSHA standards is maintained.
• Develop and oversee Laundry and Housekeeping budgets.
• Monitor expenses and stay within budget, informing the Director of Facilities & Operations of emergencies.
• Manage outside contractors to perform required work and follow up on completion.
• Interface with Directors of all departments.
