Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a long‑term care or skilled nursing environment.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping, laundry operations, and infection control standards.
• Proven leadership ability with experience supervising frontline staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead housekeeping and laundry staff, including daily assignments, workflow, and performance oversight.
• Organize staffing schedules, coverage, and shift replacements as needed; provide coaching and training.
• Promote accountability, teamwork, and high service standards across departments.
• Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and sanitation regulations; support audits and survey readiness.
