Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain the safety, appearance, and operation of our corporate office and warehouse facilities. On-site work, reporting to the Asset Supervisor, with hands-on maintenance and facility coordination responsibilities.

You will support safety programs, coordinate with contractors, assist with warehouse organization, and participate in emergency preparedness activities while upholding company safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in commercial or facilities maintenance.
• Experience troubleshooting and basic building repairs.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, lighting, drywall, and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Repair building systems and basic electrical/plumbing components.
• Complete drywall, painting, and minor repairs as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of office/warehouse areas.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors on-site.
• Assist with shipping/receiving and inventory movement.
• Operate forklift, ladders, and safety equipment.
