Job summary

Aretum is seeking a Facilities Asset Manager to coordinate space planning, facilities requirements, and IT equipment support across multiple locations. You will manage records, provide guidance to staff, and serve as the primary liaison with agency partners to ensure timely and compliant support.

Travel may be required. Salary ranges from $105,000 to $120,000 annually with benefits including health care, retirement, life insurance, paid time off, family leave, disability, and training

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience coordinating classified and unclassified space planning and relocations.
• Experience forecasting workspace requirements and hybrid/telework impacts.
• Experience tracking IT equipment and accountable property.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate space planning for CSD including allocation, reconfiguration, and alignment with OCOS initiatives.
• Support future space usage requirements based on workforce growth and mission needs.
• Track facilities issues and service requests across multiple CSD locations.
• Gather requirements for new or modified space and inform planning.
• Provide leadership with updates on facilities risks, dependencies, and decisions.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate with OCIO to address IT equipment needs and procurement cycles.
• Offer responsive IT equipment support and workspace setup assistance.
• Maintain accurate records and report status to leadership.
• Serve as liaison between CSD, OCIO, and facilities partners on IT provisioning.
