Job summary

Nightwing Intelligence Solutions, LLC is seeking a dynamic Facilities and Project Site Lead to oversee day-to-day site operations and drive facility improvements. You will coordinate site infrastructure projects and work with vendors to ensure operational readiness and safety.

The role requires 12+ years in facilities operations or project management, strong leadership and communication, and TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of facilities operations or construction project management experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with project management tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of facility operations including maintenance, security, space planning, and vendor management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.).
• Lead site-level emergency preparedness, business continuity, and risk mitigation planning.
• Manage facility-related budgets, contracts, and procurement of services and supplies.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support workplace needs and site expansion or reconfiguration projects.
• Supervise on-site facility staff and service providers (custodial, HVAC, electrical, etc.).
• Lead cross-functional technical projects involving engineering, IT, construction, or infrastructure upgrades.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans in alignment with organizational goals.
• Track project progress and report status to senior stakeholders, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Prepare Statements of Work (SOW/SOO) and manage construction activities.
