Job summary

Nightwing seeks a Building Project Coordinator to join a world‑class facility in Sterling, VA. You will manage occupancy, daily operations, mail, inventory, procurement, and local movement logistics, acting as a primary liaison across program teams and occupants.

You will support events, trainings, and emergency procedures while coordinating travel and expenses. A degree or equivalent experience, plus strong MS Office skills, are required, with a TS/SCI with Poly clearance.

Qualifications

• Real-world experience coordinating operational aspects of ongoing projects and acting as liaison between occupants, program teams and requirements.
• Professional verbal and written communication with good judgment across a large audience.
• Experience as a primary point of contact for a project or customer service role.
• Experience with workflow management lifecycle and tracking tasks to completion.
• Coordination of multiple stakeholders and building usage, including access control.
• Proficiency with MS Office and willingness to learn new software.
• Coordinate travel for program personnel and travel expense reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day occupancy management and operational support for a dynamic program.
• Serve as a liaison between building occupants, program teams and corporate requirements.
• Manage mail, inventory, procurement of supplies, and logistical support.
• Assist in emergency procedures and EMS coordination as needed.
• Support building events, trainings and planning of gatherings.
• Maintain petty cash and travel expense records.
