Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in facilities engineering, MEP systems, construction coordination, or infrastructure delivery.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Experience managing contractors and technical vendors.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate MEP contractors for infrastructure upgrades, retrofits, and facility improvements.
• Review drawings, scopes of work, and technical submittals to ensure alignment with operational standards.
• Monitor contractor performance, schedules, safety compliance, and quality of work.
• Conduct regular site walks to verify progress and installation quality; manage punch lists and closeout documentation.
• Plan and coordinate facility-related projects including HVAC upgrades and electrical improvements.
• Develop and track project budgets, schedules, and deliverables; identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate outages and construction activities to minimize operational disruption.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Act as technical liaison between Facilities, Engineering, and Operations.
