Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Management Service Technician to maintain restaurant and building equipment and train staff on proper operation. The role requires EPA Type I/II certification and at least two years of service/repair experience.

The position involves hands-on maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs across multiple systems, plus 24/7 response readiness and on-site documentation using mobile tools.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification (Type I & II) required.
• Minimum of 2 years of service/repair experience.
• Refrigeration experience is a plus.
• Commercial restaurant equipment repair experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Repair equipment and facility items per company standards across restaurant and building systems.
• Maintain and account for tools, supplies, and repair parts on-site.
• Document work using laptop/handheld computer and log location and repairs.
• Inspect and perform daily maintenance on the company van for 24/7 response.
