Job summary

Andersen Corporation in Bayport, MN is seeking a Facilities HVAC Technician on a rotating shift to perform mechanical and electrical preventive maintenance of our HVAC systems across the facility.

The role requires an associate degree or two-year HVACR program, at least two years’ hands-on experience, Universal Refrigeration and EPA 608 certifications, and a Registered Unlicensed Electrician designation. A competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or two-year HVACR program completed.
• Minimum of two years hands-on experience in refrigeration, AC, heating, and mechanical systems.
• Universal Refrigeration Certification required.
• EPA Section 608 Certification required.
• Registered Unlicensed Electrician (RUE) designation.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical preventive maintenance on HVAC systems across the facility.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment, identify replacement parts and adjustments as needed.
• Mentor and guide teammates in HVAC trade within a team environment.
