Job summary

Andersen Corporation in Bayport, MN, is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance on steam and electric chillers, cooling towers, AHU/MUA units, and rooftop systems across our facility. This role requires strong electrical and mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and restore reliable operation.

You will work with a team, mentor others, and contribute to safe, efficient plant operations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2-year HVACR program completed.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on refrigeration/ HVAC maintenance experience.
• Universal Refrigeration Certification and EPA 608 certs; RUE designation.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on steam and electric chillers, AHU/MUA, cooling towers, and rooftop units.
• Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions; identify replacement parts.
• Maintain water treatment systems including chemical treatment and RO as applicable.
• Mentor other HVAC personnel and work in a collaborative team.
• Follow safety and regulatory requirements for maintenance work.
